Announcing “Live From London Bridge Studio”, Presented by Jazz Now! Seattle

Join us Jan. 27th!

We’ve been alluding to some big plans for 2011 for a while now, and we are super excited to announce the debut of “Live From London Bridge Studio”, presented by Jazz Now! Seattle. We have partnered with engineer extraordinaire Dave Miner and the good folks at London Bridge to bring you live concerts from the famed Seattle recording studio!

The shows will feature two great Seattle jazz bands playing live at London Bridge. These shows will be free and open to the public on a first come, first served RSVP basis. A limited number of Jazz Now! Seattle fans will be able to join us for each concert, all of which will be recorded and made into podcasts that will be broadcast on this site a couple weeks later. It’s a win-win-win situation, as we get to generate exclusive live content, the bands get to have multi-tracked live recordings to do with what they please, and London Bridge gets to showcase their amazing facilities and expertise in the recording field. How cool is that???

The first live show will be on Thursday, January 27th. We are still finalizing the lineup, but you can rest assured that it’ll feature two amazing bands. As soon as we get the bands confirmed we’ll send out an invitation to RSVP.

If you haven’t already, now would be a good time to subscribe to our RSS feed and connect with us on Facebook and Twitter so that you are one of the first to get the announcement. There are a limited number of tickets available, and they’re going to go fast!

Stay tuned…
